Establishes and directs the lending objectives, targets, strategies, and practices to achieve organizational financial, growth, and service goals. Being a Top Middle Market Commercial Loan Executive uses relationships within the business community, financial acumen, and knowledge of industry fundamentals to structure profitable loans for middle-market customers creatively. Has final approval authority for very large or significant loans. Additionally, Top Middle Market Commercial Loan Executive builds high-performance lending teams with coaching, development, and incentives. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Middle Market Commercial Loan Executive manages a business unit, division, or corporate function with major organizational impact. Establishes overall direction and strategic initiatives for the given major function or line of business. The CSM will be responsible for generating Commercial Sales and managing the Commercial Sales Department. This will require prospecting new leads, generating sales and building relationships within the commercial field. You will be responsible for successfully growing our commercial presence in Multi-Family, Hospitality and Health Care markets. Managing a Sales team made up of Project managers and Estimators dedicated to the Commerical Dept. This is a new Department in the organization so experience and ability to jump into estimating and project management may be required at the beginning.
Qualifications/Responsibilities:
-Previous experience in countertop industry preferred but not required.
-Commercial Construction project management/sales experience required.
-Build relationships and execute contracts with general contractors.
-Be a highly determined team player that will be ambitious and drive growth of a new market segment.
-Strong Leadership and relationship building skills a must.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
