Position will also require assistance in the areas of commercial and residential purchase and sale transactions, leasing, land development, finance and zoning/land use. Job Requirements: Required Responsibilities: 2 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions 3 years of experience in residential real estate transactions Assisting in the areas of commercial purchase and sale transactions, leasing, land development, finance and zoning/land use Experience working with developers and lenders Assisting with drafting of applicable documents Reviewing and understanding title commitments and assisting with post-closing matters Strong organizational, interpersonal and document preparation/formatting skills Flexible and able to work well under tight and shifting deadlines Other Requirements: Strong verbal, written skills including strong command of spelling, punctuation, and grammar Interpersonal skills to maintain strong client and co-worker relationships Organization, planning, and attention to detail Confidentiality; dependability References from recent employer(s) Proficiency in MS Word, MS Outlook, Excel, Qualia, and knowledge of document management systems (iManage).
