POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for the program oversight and management of Leadership, Management, and staff curriculum in support of talent management initiatives. This position designs, implements, and manages program measurement processes to ensure organizational development and training activities are focused on business needs, system objectives, and internal customer requirements. Provides organizational development consulting services and leads the 360-degree feedback management process. Conducts Talent Assessment sessions to identify top talent associates. Coaches and counsels managers on leadership skills and competencies. This position develops and sustains the use of leadership/behavioral assessments.
EDUCATION/TRAINING:
Bachelor’s Degree in Adult Education, Human Resources or a related field required. Master’s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of instructional design or instructor-led training/facilitation experience. A minimum of 2 years of project management experience and program measurement/evaluation is preferred. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred. Supervisory experience is also preferred.
LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:
Coaching or HR certification preferred.
EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models. Solid experience in training, performance management, leadership development, and organizational assessment. A working knowledge of human resources trends and legal requirements, high-quality interpersonal and organizational skills. Requires strong project planning skills and the ability to research, design, and deliver programs. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with all levels of staff with the organization and resources within the community. Proficiency in a variety of computer applications. Must be collaborative and able to work in a team-oriented environment. The ability to demonstrate practical applications and flexibility in adapting programs and services to meet specific customer requirements is a must. Successful completion of annual technical and job specific competencies required.
