Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) provides leadership, direction, and resources to implement non-profit programs and develop the teams that support the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Ensures that programs operate efficiently and pursues opportunities to expand and develop new programs. Being a Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) utilizes data-driven analysis and forecasting to measure and evaluate the performance of programs, assesses needs, and ensures that program objectives are achieved. Creates and executes a strategic development plan to help the organization meet its operational and fundraising goals. Additionally, Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) is responsible for the success of special events, community outreach initiatives, and fundraising activities. Acts as a spokesperson and represents the programs at events. May oversee the grant process. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Program Executive (Non-Profit) manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.     Your New Role:

    The On-Site Residential Advisor for New Meadows serves as a positive role model to community partners and youth ages 17 to 25 who are transitioning out of foster care. The RA resides on-site in a New Avenues provided apartment during their period of employment as the On-Site Residential Advisor. The RA monitors compliance with community expectations and reports violation to the Housing Navigation Supervisor for follow up. The RA responds to lockouts, emergency maintenance issues as they occur within and outside of normal office hours. This person also provides additional related assistance to residents as needed, performs light cleaning and maintenance tasks and is expected to be on-site offering posted general availability hours for residents, not to exceed 10 hours per week, as determined with the program manager. In addition, the RA is required to respond to emergency property-related matters within 2-hours when on-call, typically being on-site at New Meadows as part of the response.

    Skills & Attributes:

    · Ability to effectively communicate with youth both verbally and in writing

    · Computer competency including strong proficiency with MS Office / Word / Excel / Outlook

    · Ability and desire to work with diverse staff and youth and to excel in a multi-cultural environment

    · Understanding of, and respect for, cultural and human diversity and intersectionality

    • Understanding of the effects of trauma and how trauma can impact people experiencing homelessness and poverty

    · Skills and ability to perform light maintenance tasks on the property

    · Must be willing to be CPR trained and certified
