United in Pink is looking for an enthusiastic, experienced Fundraising Coordinator who shares our passion for service and commitment to advancing our mission. This position is responsible for attracting and managing donor relationships and ensuring that the organization achieves budgeted fundraising goals.
United in Pink has a 17-year history of serving breast cancer families in the Middle Georgia community. We are a team that likes to work hard and aren’t afraid to be available outside of normal working hours to accomplish our goals and meet the needs of those we serve.
Major Responsibilities:
- This individual will be at the forefront of driving United in Pink’s fundraising strategies, managing our donor portfolio, and securing funding partnerships.
- This role will work closely with the Executive Director and Associate Director to identify, engage, and secure financial gifts.
- Implement comprehensive strategies to attract and retain corporate and individual donors.
- Establish and strengthen long-term partnerships.
- Track progress and results in a weekly sales pipeline.
- Represent the organization at various fundraising and community events.
- Develop proposals that leverage prospective donor goals with United in Pink’s goals and funding priorities.
- Lead sponsorship requests, capital campaigns, and donor engagement initiatives.

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
· 2 years’ experience and familiarity with fundraising strategies and donor relations unique to the nonprofit sector is preferred.
· Self-motivated to develop and execute impactful relationships that maximize donor engagement.
· Ability to work flexible hours, local travel is required.
· Understanding of nonprofit trends and able to align fundraising efforts with United in Pink’s mission and values.
