What Planning Process Excellence contributes to Cardinal Health:
Cardinal Health's Planning Process Excellence and Program Management team is responsible for identifying, developing, implementing, training, and communicating strategic programs across the planning organization that involve cross-functional collaboration, including teams and stakeholders within planning, marketing, distribution operations, transportation, technology, and sales. This team is directly responsible for developing the program roadmap for the planning organization in alignment with the Vice President of Plannings strategic priorities for the organization. This will include programs to address areas such as process simplification, automation, technology utilization improvements, and cost savings for the organization.
As the Manager of this team, you will manage program managers and project analysts. They are accountable for delivering upon identify strategic goals while working within the constraints of budget, schedule, and scope.
