Assist with Communicable Disease Investigation, Animal Bite Follow-up, Immunization Program, Emergency Preparedness, and Nest activities.
Assist in Outreach efforts to underserved populations.
Participate in community health fairs and educational events.
Qualifications:
Current LPN Licensure required
Previous experience in public health, community health, or related field preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively
Commitment to cultural competence and sensitivity in diverse communities.
