DMI, LLC is seeking a Senior Sales Executive Healthcare Payers to expand DMI's growth in Healthcare division. The individual needs to be highly motivated, confident with strong relationship-building skills, sales experience, and a customer-first attitude. This position will work closely with the team on prospecting and lead development, outreach, and presentations to prospects, closing net new business for our certification product and uncovering new opportunities to grow the business. This position will also assist the team in the management and coordination of external partners and vendors.

This role requires someone who isn't afraid to aggressively chase down new leads and will be extremely diligent about following up, all the while having the finesse to know when and how to close the deal. The role requires the individual to be hungry and motivated to make connections and open new doors for DMI within Healthcare Payers by understanding the needs of the industry, identifying & building business opportunities, and maintaining client expectations. The territory for the position is named-accounts within Healthcare Payers in North America.
The individual must bring a substantial number of highly relevant existing connections and relationships to the role. They will be expected to align DMI capabilities within Digital Strategy, Digital Commerce, Software Engineering, Connected Solutions, Data, AI and ML Solutions, Mobility Services etc. with the digital health initiatives and needs of these clients. The individual will be responsible for developing and growing net new business within new qualified pipeline with new logos. They must have a deep understanding of markets & competition, be able to develop advanced strategic account plans and orchestrate complex multi-member sales strategies.
