Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements

- Coordinate and organize company events and meetings

- Manage confidential information with discretion

Skills:
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and other relevant software applications
- Familiarity with DocuSign or similar electronic signature platforms
- Experience in event planning and coordination
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of phone systems and office equipment operation
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office Suite

This can be a full time or part time job. Work will be partially in office and partially hybrid. Compensation structure is flexible.
