- High degree of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Skills needed, such as data entry, emailing, and scheduling.
- Great attention to detail.
Required Education and Experience:- High School Diploma
- Customer service experience, handling incoming calls and emails from candidates as well as making outbound calls to candidates.
Preferred Experience:- Experience answering high volume incoming phone calls.
- Clear communication skills.
- Microsoft office.
- Adeptness at using applicant tracking system software, such as Paycor and Salesforce.
