Top Recruiting Executive develops and administers strategic initiatives, policies and processes to that proactively build and maintain a quality talent pipeline and fill open positions. Aligns talent acquisition and recruitment initiatives with organizational goals and current and future workforce needs. Being a Top Recruiting Executive assesses external labor market conditions, establish and promote brand to attract quality talent. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, Top Recruiting Executive serves as advisor to senior leadership on talent acquisition and recruiting activities. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Top Recruiting Executive manages a departmental function within a broader corporate function. Develops major goals to support broad functional objectives. Approves policies developed within various sub-functions and departments. To be a Top Recruiting Executive typically requires 8+ years of managerial experience. Qualifications are:
1. Must have Class A CDL.
2. Must have 12 months experience car hauling or two years recent experience verifiable in the last 3 years.
3. You must have has more than 3 driving jobs in the last 3 years.
4. No felony theft or sex crimes.
5. 4 weeks of paid training.
6. Must know how to drive a manual vehicle.
7. HPE Required.
Training involved:
Training is involved. Experienced car haulers will complete a minimum of one-week onsite training/skills assessment. TXs's may be required to complete up to four weeks of training. Regular hourly rate is applied to paid training.
