A Real Estate Office Manager is a leader who handles all functions of a Real Estate office who reports directly to the Regional VP and is responsible for ensuring that each transaction runs smoothly through daily management of the company. The Real Estate Manager needs to be up to date with current trends in the Real Estate Market & Construction Industry.

We are seeking our next high impact leader. As the Real Estate Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, mentoring, recruiting and providing training for our sales force and office staff. The ideal candidate is energized at the idea of managing people to reach their full potential and receives intrinsic rewards from investing in others.

In this key role, you will be working closely with the Principal & Regional Brokers in organizing and running the Real Estate brokerage. Developing and implementing process improvements to reduce operational costs and improve efficiencies as well as providing leadership, guidance and support for the staff are also important functions. Our new Real Estate Office Manager will be a strong leader who is detail oriented, communicates effectively and has an inspirational style.

Real Estate Office Manager Responsibilities:

Real Estate Office Manager Qualifications:

Minimum 3 Years Licensed Real Estate Salesperson Experience

· Experience in Real Estate, Transaction Coordination

· Strong leadership qualities; ability to supervise, train and motivate staff

· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

· Has done 5 transactions.

Must have an Associate Broker License.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
