Top Sales Executive provides leadership to the sales organization and develops the overall sales strategy, operational plans and processes that drive revenue growth and accomplish financial objectives. Establishes and implements processes, tools, and structures to support the sales organization's operations. Being a Top Sales Executive oversees goal-setting processes for all levels of the sales organization and uses data and technology to measure and monitor sales processes, identify issues, and enhance performance. Creates capabilities to effectively analyze the business environment, identify and understand competitors, and retain and expand the customer base. Additionally, Top Sales Executive collaborates with internal stakeholders to identify market needs and innovate new products. Builds effective sales and support teams with recruiting, mentoring, and development programs. May personally participate in or negotiate strategic or high-value sales. Requires a bachelor's degree. The primary responsibility for this position is sales. We are seeking those who want to work where top performers are earning 250K to 500K annually for themselves within the first couple of years.
It is the publisher's ultimate responsibility to oversee all parts of the magazine. However, the most important aspect of maintaining a flourishing magazine is presenting advertising opportunities to local businesses in and around the market. We will provide resources to succeed to new publishers on all tasks involved with starting and running the publication.
No previous experience is required, however if you have the following qualities you will most likely be successful in this position: outgoing, confident, enthusiastic, self motivated, driven, empathetic, resilient, honest, and passionate.
This position pays residual, uncapped commissions, so you have the opportunity to build a healthy and stable income. This position is home-based, so you have complete control over your schedule.
