Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive compensation and total rewards strategies that align with the organization’s objectives, ensuring competitive and fair pay structures and benefits packages.
- Lead annual compensation and benefits initiatives, such as open enrollment and performance evaluations, to enhance efficiency and foster employee engagement and retention.
- Formulate short- and long-term strategies to manage compensation and benefits expenditures while providing solutions to workforce-related challenges.
- Ensure that total rewards practices are in line with our dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Create and implement a communication strategy that effectively informs employees about compensation and benefits programs, thereby supporting engagement and organizational growth.
- Work collaboratively with HR partners and senior leaders on compensation-related matters and Total Rewards trends, offering insights that guide decision-making and strategic planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and departmental leaders to create and update job descriptions, ensuring alignment with appropriate compensation.
- Collaborate with benefit brokers to develop attractive benefit packages that reinforce our position as an Employer of Choice.
- Prepare and present detailed compensation reports to executive leadership and the board, highlighting significant trends and recommendations.

Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline (Master's degree preferred).
- At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, including a minimum of 5 years in a management capacity with a focus on compensation planning and program design.
