Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage all functions within the Accounting and Finance Department.
- Supervise the accounting team, comprising 10-12 direct reports, while ensuring efficient operational processes are established.
- Authorize all revenue generation and expenditure transactions.
- Analyze cost controls, cash flow, financial statements, and other fiscal metrics to inform business leaders.
- Partner with corporate executives to align planning efforts and set financial priorities.
- Initiate enhancements to corporate systems and operational processes.
- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.
- Provide analytical support and data-driven insights to guide strategic business decisions.
- Oversee corporate banking operations and maintain relationships with external auditors and accountants.
- Manage the annual audit process effectively.
