- Strong leadership and management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with an attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with accounting ERP systems.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to partner strategically with various departments, fostering process improvements.
- Growth-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and revenue growth.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related discipline.
- At least 10 years of accounting experience, including a minimum of 5 years in executive finance management.
- Experience in sectors such as apparel, home goods, or consumer retail products is essential.
- Proven track record of effective financial management and departmental collaboration.
