The Operations Manager works as a key member of the administrative team, ensuring all operational activities of the venue run efficiently. Working directly with the Program Director, the Operations Manager carries out the day-to-day tasks of the Majestic Theatre. Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to complete multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks among a wide variety of needs are necessary.
Principal duties include:
Manage all box office and ticketing procedures, including but not limited to Ludus software, communication to customers, open hours, pre-show needs
Create and coordinate appropriate marketing campaigns and advertising materials for the Majestic Theatre and Majestic Cafe, including but not limited to management of website, print and digital media, marquee and onsite displays, local/regional press, radio, etc.
Manage all aspects of venue rentals
Facilitate licensing and compliance as needed

KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge and proficiency in various aspects of music/performing arts/concert settings, and/ or skills in technical theater, are a plus
