  • Capital Management Services, one of Buffalo's largest group of Call Centers, is hiring a Compliance Analyst to join our support staff!

    Analysts will be responsible for handling escalated complaints, including research, tracking and reporting for multiple CMS clients. Compliance team members also work with other CMS teams to ensure they are compliant with FDCPA and State Laws relevant to our business. This may include participation in training/coaching sessions, developing training, managing process’ or procedures.

    This is a full time opportunity with day time hours (8am - 5pm) with some flexibility available. Call Center or Compliance experience is a plus, though not required. The hourly rate is $16-18 per hour and the office for the compliance department is located at 698 1/2 S. Ogden St. Buffalo NY 14206.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 40 per week
