Job Overview:
Volcora is seeking a proactive and engaging Sales Representative to join our team at the upcoming National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago. This temporary role is ideal for those looking to gain experience in sales and customer interaction in a dynamic trade show environment. You will represent Volcora’s innovative point-of-sale (POS) and cash registry hardware products, explaining their features and benefits to potential customers. This role is pivotal in generating customer interest and gathering feedback for future product enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage with booth visitors in a welcoming and professional manner.
• Provide detailed explanations and demonstrations of Volcora’s POS systems and cash registry hardware.
• Answer questions and provide information on how our products can meet the needs of various restaurant and hospitality businesses.
• Gather contact information and leads for potential sales and partnerships.
• Assist in setting up and breaking down the trade show booth as needed.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Ability to learn product details quickly and communicate them effectively to customers.
• Enthusiastic and energetic attitude, with a professional appearance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and interact actively with potential clients.

Compensation:

• $15-20 per hour.
• Complimentary lunch provided during shift hours.
• Comprehensive training on products and sales techniques provided.

Additional Information:
This is a temporary position for the duration of the trade show. However, for high-performing individuals, there is potential for long-term employment with commission incentives.
