Role Overview:

Supporting CEO Mike Ghesser, this role goes beyond traditional administrative duties. It's suited for someone eager to be actively involved in running the business, contributing to its vision, and nurturing our unique culture. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar, inbox, and priorities; assisting with leadership meetings; anticipatory planning; and embodying the Cleanlogic Way in all tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Efficient management of CEO’s administrative needs (calendar, emails, priorities)

Active participation in leadership meetings and company culture development

Project management, presentation creation, and event coordination

Collaboration with internal teams and external clients, maintaining high standards of communication and service.

Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years’ experience as an executive assistant, preferably to C-suite

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Exceptional organizational, time management, and communication skills

High emotional intelligence and tech-savviness

Proven ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.

Lifelong learner, open to change and professional development.
