Traffic Clerk provides administrative and clerical support to the traffic operations function of an organization. Responsible for all aspects of routing, shipping, logging, and tracking of inbound and outbound orders. Being a Traffic Clerk contacts transporters for freight pick-up and ensures that cargo is routed appropriately. Communicates changes to routing and timelines. Additionally, Traffic Clerk prepares and processes bills of lading (BOL) and other shipping documentation. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Traffic Clerk works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. CAD Drafter and/or Designer needed in Oklahoma City, OK. Regular travel and assistance with data collection in the field will be necessary.
Candidate will assist in developing traffic design plans including traffic signals, signing and striping, roadway lighting, temporary traffic control, and exhibits.
Candidate should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and be knowledgeable in Computer Aided Drafting either through secondary education or vocational school. Candidate must be familiar and work in Microstation. Candidates should be motivated, independent, and enjoy working in a small office environment.
For field work, candidate shall be physically capable of carrying 25 lbs and able to travel during the work week to perform data collection duties in Oklahoma, Arkansas, Texas, and Kansas.
