Training Administrator is responsible for the coordination of employee and management training programs. Administers a recordkeeping system to track employee training participation and progress. Being a Training Administrator assists in other administrative and budgeting tasks associated with training programs. Coordinates and tracks participation in outside training activities. Additionally, Training Administrator may coordinate or administer skill or competency assessments, career counseling, outplacement, and other specialized training or development programs for employees. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Training Administrator gains exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Pay: $34.00 per hour
Location: Hybrid in North Dakota, preferred candidate will live in Rolla, Williston, or Watford City but open to other areas.
Work schedule: Full time, both work and travel schedule is flexible!

Work with a purpose! In the Behavioral Health Group Facilitator position with Management & Training Corporation, you will provide cognitive-behavioral group interventions to clients across the State of North Dakota. You will facilitate outpatient, cognitive-behavioral group programs for clients with a variety of presenting problems as well as plan, coordinate and implement group counseling and skill-building activities.
Essential functions:
Education and Experience Requirements: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in a related field preferred. Related fields may include psychology, addiction counseling, social work, or human services. Licensure as a social worker by the ND Board of Social Work Examiners is preferred, but employer will consider those who do not possess a social work or other behavioral health license. Valid driver’s license in the state of North Dakota with an acceptable driving record required, unless waived by management. Travel required.
