Training Analyst reviews and evaluates training programs for an organization to ensure the training needs of the organization are being fulfilled. Analyzes existing training program delivery, content, and aids to measure effectiveness and recommend program changes. Being a Training Analyst develops and recommends methods and materials for training staff and may propose new curriculum, ideas for group discussions, demonstrations, and workshops. Incorporates new training methods that may enhance programs and are relevant to company employees. Additionally, Training Analyst may conduct analysis of instructor performance to drive improvements. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Training Analyst contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Qualified individuals will be responsible for hands on- industrial maintenance training program and will monitor students at the trainer while providing feedback to students that is delivered in a hands-on setting as opposed to a classroom format.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support to students and engagement on printed instruction and computer based instructional material as well as hands-on testing of students on course material.
- Willing to personally train on the equipment and go through all the course material to better support students with their training needs.
- Perform general upkeep and maintenance on equipment
- Ideal candidate must be organized and have a manufacturing background with extensive experience in electrical systems and PLC's. Mechanical experience a plus!
- Must have leadership qualities along with good understanding of quality assurance, and safety procedures/standards. Must be willing to act as a coach and mentor to students.
- Must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time. Must be a self motivated, organized, self starter, attention to detail and have a sense of urgency. Experience with computer applications/programs such as excel, word, and google docs.
- Must have reliable transportation
- Looking for candidate that can work part-time with flexible hours. Occassional Fridays but very rare to work on Friday's.
