Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise maintenance staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and prioritize repairs.
• Manage maintenance budgets and expenses effectively to ensure cost-efficient operations.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards governing facility maintenance and safety.
• Collaborate with other department heads and staff to address maintenance-related concerns and ensure the overall well-being of residents.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical or vocational training preferred.
• Experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare or long-term care setting.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards governing facility maintenance and safety.
