Transportation Director directs, develops, and implements overall operations of a transportation network including safety, compliance, equipment, and staff. Develops and directs operational policies and procedures to ensure safety and efficiency in all transportation activities. Being a Transportation Director monitors transportation costs, service level agreements, and performance metrics to identify and resolve problems and achieve efficiencies. S&ME has over 30 offices and is seeking our next Transportation Market Sector Director (MSD) to join our Executive Leadership Team to provide strong leadership, leverage their technical expertise, ensure client satisfaction, and implement best practices for our transportation engineering and CEI services across the company's footprint. The successful candidate will be a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the transportation engineering and CEI industry, a proven track record of project delivery, and the ability to foster client relationships and drive business growth. The Transportation MSD will report to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and can be based in any S&ME office location within our footprint.
