Non-tax Stipends:$1487.00

Gross:$2,887.00 $400 Travel Allowance

Minimum 2 years CM experience Must have recent discharge planning experience / VNA experience and home equipment set up Inpatient hospital experience

Day shift - 8hrs /40 hrs per week M F; Every other week rotation

Proof of covid /flu vax

Locals accepted at the lower posted rate

Guaranteed Hours: 40
