Essential Job functions:

• Monitor and analyze daily banking activity across various portfolios.
• Assist in maintaining banking records and documentation of daily transactions.
• Monitor cash management and accounting related processes to ensure compliance.
• Ensure day-to-day business operations are handled through Treasury mailbox.
• Prepare & manage outgoing cash transactions through banking platforms as requested, adhering to implemented processes.
• Download bank reports including balance, transactions, incoming wire notifications.
• Support accounting and other departments that relate to Treasury transactions and entity structures.
• Maintain & build positive relationships with banking partners.
• Review work completed by Accounting or Transaction coordination teams for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide information in connection with external and internal audits.
• Manage compliance efforts with all internal controls and policies; communicate any unusual discrepancies.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested.

Skills/Specialized Knowledge:

• Knowledge of the banking industry and technical understanding of bank products and platforms.

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field required.
• 3-5 years of corporate Treasury experience preferred.
• Previous real estate brokerage and/or property management accounting is preferred.
• NetSuite experience is preferred.
• Intermediate Excel expertise is required.
• CTP, CPA, CFA certifications accepted.
