    Job Overview

    Komatsu is hiring for a Treasury Analyst to join our Treasury team. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of support activities for the Treasury function. Major responsibilities will include supporting risk management, cash forecasting, and reporting/analysis on foreign exchange trading.

    This position will be based at our South Harbor location in Milwaukee’s Harbor District and is eligible for hybrid work.

    Key Job Responsibilities

    • Support budgeting and planning analysis and review
    • Assist with projects related to banking, cash management, business planning, and others
    • Insurance and risk management support and analysis
    • Foreign Exchange trading, reporting and analysis
    • FX analysis and hedging

    Qualifications/Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics or equivalent work experience
    • 2 years’ experience in Finance role or equivalent; Recent college grads may be considered
    • Advanced designations or progress towards (e.g. CFA, MBA, FRM) highly desired
    • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills) with prior banking and treasury workstation system experience beneficial
    • Working knowledge of banking and financial regulations
    • Effective communication skills across multiple levels of internal and external customers and service providers, both domestically and internationally
    • Solid problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail required
    • Strong analytical and statistical skills
    • Effective time management, prioritization, multi-tasking abilities and flexibility in work as assigned
    • Ability to work effectively on a team and communicate across diverse multi-cultural environments
    • Ability to act and participate as a change agent
