Truck Driver Supervisor jobs in Lawrence, MA
Truck Driver Supervisor supervises the dispatching of trucks to convey freight to assigned destinations in a timely and efficient manner. Tracks deliveries via computer systems and monitors communication lines to assist with complex or immediate questions. Being a Truck Driver Supervisor reviews driver assignments, delivery time, and other transportation data to evaluate driver performance. Ensures dispatchers and drivers are educated and compliant with all DOT, state, local, and company regulations. Additionally, Truck Driver Supervisor may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. Working team member that may validate or coordinate the work of others on a support team. Suggests improvements to process, is a knowledge resource for other team members. Has no authority for staff actions. Generally has a minimum of 2 years experience as an individual contributor. TransForce is seeking a LOCAL, full-time Class A CDL Reefer Truck Driver in Grand Prairie, TX.
Driver Pay : $24.25 per hour (Overtime after 40 hours)
Weekly average pay : $970 weekly
Position Overview : We are seeking skilled Local Class A CDL drivers to join our team. This role requires a commitment to delivering groceries and general commodities in the greater DFW area.
Truck Driver Details :
- Experience Required : Minimum of 1 year of route delivery experience within the last 3 years.
- Strong backing skills are necessary!
- Driver Schedule : Home daily, Monday through Friday with a 4 AM start time. Hours are subject to change, so flexibility is a must.
Occasional Saturday work may be required.
