The Proposal Writer/Manager at Ad Hoc is a key member of the Growth Team and contributes directly to our goal of cultivating new customer relationships. They are responsible for developing and submitting compliant and compelling proposals and work closely with our internal teams as well as industry partners throughout the opportunity lifecycle. They are responsible for interviewing subject matter experts, including engineers, and creating technical content that is compliant with proposal instructions and compelling to the government evaluator.
A Proposal Writer/Manager uses their knowledge of federal contracting the federal procurement process to create compliant and compelling proposals that answer the challenges government agencies face in delivering software solutions. They help shape and articulate winning proposal products that promote our mission to empower government customers to deliver superior digital services.
