Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) - Job Description

TEAM Auto Group is Growing!
We are looking for an F&I (Finance and Insurance) Manager to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a deep knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures and the ability to assist customers and close deals on additional product offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchases and present additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experience.
• Ensure sales are structured to produce the highest profitability.
• Maintain proficiency and certifications as required for the position.
• Accurately desk deals, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and effectively close deals.
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Prepare paperwork, contracts, and deliver deals.
• Conduct thorough audits on team deals post-sale for improvements.
• Expedite the funding of all contracts.

Qualifications:

• Eagerness to improve and grow in a dynamic team environment.
• College degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• In-depth knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Proficiency in structuring deals for maximum profitability and understanding of title laws and registration process.
• Professional demeanor with outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
