Trust Financial Services, LLC is a dedicated brokerage general agency specializing in individual life, long-term care insurance, as well as fixed and equity indexed annuities. We have a highly experienced staff structured to provide superior service, and we are looking to add to our team.
We are currently seeking a full-time employee with one or more years of experience associated with life insurance case management. This candidate will have the desire to excel and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Receives and reviews Life Insurance applications to ensure all forms, signatures, and requirements w accounted for prior to submission to insurance carriers.
· Orders and reviews underwriting requirements including APS, exams, and supplemental requirements.
· Prioritizes workload to ensure case is processed, issued, and placed inforce in a timely manner with frequent outbound phone and e-mail communication to manage customer expectations.
Requirements:
· Life Insurance experience 1 years
· Familiarity with Smart Office and PaperClip a plus
· Ability to multi-task
· Must be organized, detail-oriented with high energy and enthusiasm and a strong work ethic.
· Strong interpersonal skills, including effective oral and written communication.
· A desire for growth, with a positive, proactive approach and a passion for delivering quality service.
· Adept business and financial acumen.
· Willingness and ability to work in a small business environment with a team-first culture.
