Used Car Sales Associate/Assistant Store Manager
Duties:
- Make sure sales reps conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing products if all sales are busy
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
- Help customers finance their car loans (Not Required, but Nice to Have)
- Collaborate with sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales
- Utilize sales management software to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline
- Perform inventory control tasks to ensure accurate stock levels
- Other administrative works
Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and pricing
- Experience in outside sales or a willingness to learn and excel in this area
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with customers
- Proven ability to cold call and generate leads
