Duties and Tasks:

• Perform Following Duties at the Front Desk:
  • Operate switchboard to route incoming calls
  • Handle customer requests for documentation such as credit applications, invoice requests, payments, etc.
  • Sort, mail, and file invoices daily
  • Open and distribute all incoming mail
  • Order and maintain office supplies & toner
  • Work with A/R and A/P getting information to Greeley
  • Maintain fax machine, copier, and postage machine
  • Balance tills & cash box, prepare weekly deposits
  • Prepare inter-office transfers
  • In charge of Safety Training for office

2. Assist Store Manager and Sales Department:

• Handle Warranty purchases and updates
• Accounts Payables for Rental Department
• Entering Credit applications into John Deere Financial
• Track & update customer rental insurance
• Prepare Thank You letters for Sales Department
• Maintain and order Sales Literature

• Other duties and some special projects as assigned by store management

Physical Requirements:

• Able to sit at workstation for the majority of an eight-hour workday

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year Administrative experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
