User Liaison serves as a liaison between systems personnel and end users, such as a client or business unit. Provides systems analysis to ensure the needs of the user are met. Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, User Liaison typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. To be a User Liaison typically requires 2 to 4 years of related experience. Hybrid in Madison, will be in office Monday through Thursdays with option to work remote on Fridays--may be able to have more remote days down the line.
Develop analysis and user research plan that meets project deadlines. Review previously conducted research to limit rework. • Conduct user interviews. Document user work flow and system interaction • Work closely with product manager and UX team members to ensure consistent design and appropriate reuse of design patterns across products, to set project scope and to review requirements and to review proposed design prior to development • Create User Interface (UI) mockups, user task and interaction flows, screen designs, and user-interface interaction details that use or comply with client Design System • Working in an Agile development team, deconstruct desired product features into development stories, establish acceptance criteria and help to design user acceptance testing to ensure final product meets the design. Provide desk check of delivered features and work with product manager to ensure planning for market introduction is aligned with delivery schedule.
Requirements (years of experience, educational background, technical skills, etc.): 5 years of experience in user experience design. SaaS application design background required; Healthcare application development background preferred. Must have proficiency in Figma design tools.
