Being a User Liaison may assist in system implementation or training. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Team is comprised of user experience researchers with a focus on the employee experience. Typically, when working in UX or CX it is external facing. A lot of the same skillsets will be used but approached differently because this will focus on employees vs customers.
