MARS Solutions Group is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to join on of our top global clients in this long-term contract REMOTE role!

Team is comprised of user experience researchers with a focus on the employee experience. Typically, when working in UX or CX it is external facing. A lot of the same skillsets will be used but approached differently because this will focus on employees vs customers.

• Experience with UX Research tools like the OptimalSort, UserZoom, UserTesting.com, or other tools
• Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, or other survey platforms

• This person would have a well-rounded research skillset, not just usability testing, exploratory research related to human centered design and facilitating workshops, interviews, creating survey questions surrounding the employee experience.
• A large part of the work is researching for the onboarding experience
• 50% ad hoc research - different employee journeys, digital experience.
• Primary research but understanding of data analytics to understand how effective the changes are. Digital metrics and measures
• Interface with product, design, and development teams to raise awareness of user needs, pain points, and behaviors
• Understand stakeholder research needs and identify the right research methodologies to address them
• Fully execute research projects from initial kick off, to fielding/interviewing, to sharing findings as a primary researcher
• Develop UX Research artifacts including proposals, moderator's guides, and results summaries
• Synthesize research findings elegantly and efficiently * Identify unmet research opportunities that can add value and efficiently execute them
