Parker's is a family-owned and operated towing service that has over 5 locations throughout the Fort Wayne area, more than 140 large and small hook trucks/equipment and over 120 employees. Hours:

6pm to 6 am; Swing Shift Schedule

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assisting Customers Over the Phone
• Using a Computer Program for Call Taking, Dispatching, and GPS Tracking
• Taking Credit Card Payments
• Keeping Accurate Records

Qualifications:

• Previous Dispatching or Roadside Assistance experience preferred, but not needed
• Ability to Multitask
• Communication Skills
• Adaptability
• Self-Motivated
• Ability to Work in Both Team and Independent Settings
• Willing to Learn
• Ability to Handle High Pressure Situations
