Overview
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, a team player and takes pride in their work.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow designated routes to service multiple locations
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company standards
• Maintain attention to detail in all aspects of the job
• Perform various cleaning duties as needed
• Handle additional responsibilities associated with cleaning operations

Skills

• Proven experience in custodial or commercial cleaning environments is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings, including commercial and residential properties.
• Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment used in the industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license
• English Speaking, bilingual in Spanish is a bonus
• Ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 lbs
• Available to work weekends
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred

Additional Information:

• Position is classified as a 1099 independent contractor
• Must have reliable transportation
• Flexible schedule required

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Every weekend
• Morning shift

Work Location: On the road
