May be required to be certified/licensed. Additionally, Veterinary Assistant is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. We are looking for a veterinary assistant in a growing practice veterinary practice who is responsible, courteous, and outgoing. Someone who has a great sense of humor, and likes to have fun but not afraid to work hard in a hectic environment while providing excellent patient care. Ideal candidate will also have outstanding communication skills. Prior work experience is encouraged. In addition, the applicant must be proficient with medical procedures/treatments, computers, comfortable answering phone calls, and able to multi-task effectively.
