Minimum Formal Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. A similar combination of education and experience may be considered.

Experience:

•  SHRM-CP Certification preferred
•  Broad knowledge of Human Resource laws and regulations, EEO standards and reporting requirements.
•  Experience with applicant tracking system.

Other Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Must be comfortable speaking with large groups of people.
• Must have good time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent people skills and the ability to establish relationships with a variety of people.
