We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Warranty Administrator. As a Warranty Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and processing warranty claims, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the warranty process.
Essential Job Functions
· Develop proper warranty procedures in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
· Evaluate and track the warranty services offered and performed.
· Provides extended warranty data and pricing to sales department in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
· Ensures warranty literature and reference material is current and distributes information to appropriate employees.
· Prepares reports, initiates warranty campaigns and other campaigns designed to maintain and increase the profitability of the service department.
· Purchases extended warranties.
· Processes all manager approved policy adjustments.
· Receives, evaluates, and processes warranty claims in a timely manner following the closing of work orders.
· Track manufacturers turn-around time on warranty claims.
· Obtains credits from manufacturers.
· Develops good working relationships with internal customers and manufacturer representatives.
Qualifications
· Experience with Case IH, Kubota, Cub Cadet, and other agriculture and lawn and garden equipment is preferred.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Proficient computer skills are a must.
