Multistack is the leading HVAC manufacturer and creator of modular chiller systems. We are seeking a Warranty Administrator to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with customers regarding warranty requests from the field for both parts and labor.
• Processing of labor warranty authorizations and providing them to customers.
• Coordination with internal Service Parts Department regarding warranty parts requests.
• Review of field service reports to determine eligibility for warranty claim.

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with minimal direction
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Basic computer skills

An exceptional candidate would have experience within the HVAC industry.
