We are looking for an Marketing Specialist Web Content

The suitable candidate will be responsible and accountable for SEO, Content Marketing, Web performance, and Mobile app:

• To supervise & constantly improve the content and brand fit of IKEA Bulgaria website (IKEA.bg) and related platforms (IKEA app, microsites, etc)
• To drive traffic to the website by managing online campaigns and coordinating with external partners and across the organization
• To improve SEO and SEM performance of IKEA.bg
• To review website and related platforms for  accessibility, quality, and consistency
• To analyze website data and provide regular and timely reports on website performance, traffic, effectiveness, reach, ROI, etc. 
• Based on performance, propose improvements on website communication, functionality, structure, and customer experience
• To closely work with external providers, give assignments and manage budget, and control their performance.

Квалификации

• Relevant University Degree (Bachelor in Marketing, Communications, IT, etc.)
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
• Very strong customer focus and understanding of brand fit in all aspects of communication, but especially copy & graphic design;
• Extensive knowledge of SEO/SEM
• Knowledge of HTML 5, CSS 3, web standards, and web accessibility standards
• Experience with Content Management Systems
• Advanced command of analytic tools in online marketing (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc)
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools
• Good planning, organizational, and follow up skills
• Solid knowledge of the multichannel marketing landscape
• Very good knowledge of English and Bulgarian language
