Develops and directs consistent methodologies to analyze content consumption data and to define content needs. Being a Web Content Director determines the long-term resources required to accomplish the organization's business objectives. Leads negotiations with vendors to obtain content. Additionally, Web Content Director requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Web Content Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Web Content Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Ability to independently develop solutions to problems and issues.
    • Ability to effectively plan workload, meet established deliverables, and manage competing priorities.
    • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, multitasking environment and change task focus quickly, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
    • Familiarity with corporate communications concepts and change efforts.
