Spherion Staffing is interviewing candidates for the role of Wellness Assistant. This professional serves as a knowledgeable, professional for our clients and patients. Responsibilities include administering a new service. Top attention to detail for guests while ensuring a positive experience throughout their time is crucial. If professional customer service is your forte and you have clinical or spa experience, we would like to talk with you!
Monday-Friday 11 am-8pm
Pay $18-20/hour DOE
Responsibilities- Ability to attend to guests in a professional manner
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of wellness programs, events, and workshops
- Collaborate with wellness coordinators or managers to develop program schedules and content
- Communication skills including sales and/or marketing
- Order supplies and inventory
- Assist staff members as needed

Experience
1-4 years
Qualifications- Minimum of one year of customer service in a clinic or spa setting
- Ability to demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent Communication and Organizational Skills
- Electronic Health Record Experience
- Point of Sale experience
- Outlook and Microsoft Office
- Ability to troubleshoot quickly and efficiently
- Medical terminology is a plus
