  • NSUF Program Administrator Idaho National Laboratory is hiring a NSUP Program Administrator to work in our Nuclear Science and Technology Business Operations department. Our team works a 9x80 schedule located out of our Research Education Campus with every other Friday off. The Program Administrator supports the NSUF program office by managing metrics, budgeting, and tracking costs for solicitation support activities, developing workshops, managing work packages, and attending conferences to staff the NSUF exhibit booth, as assigned. Responsibilities Include: The NSUF Program Administrator administers the NSUF aspects of the Consolidated Innovative Nuclear Research (CINR) Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) solicitation (https://nsuf.inl.gov/Page/cinr) and is a backup for the NSUF Rapid Turnaround Experiments (https://nsuf.inl.gov/Page/rte) solicitations. The Program Administrator will present NSUF performance data at meetings including the annual program review with DOE headquarters, the annual Users Meeting, the Science Review Board, and others. The program administrator collects data and prepares tracking sheets for multiple stages of the CINR application process, communicates with applicants and technical leads; schedules and leads readiness and feasibility reviews; collects, presents changes for the NSUF components of the CINR FOA document. The program administrator serves as a liaison with the Innovative Nuclear Research office, CINR applicants, NSUF technical leads, partner facility leads, and awardees. Interface with the DOE-HQ Program Manager, DOE-ID Technical Manager, NSUF Director, Deputy Director, Chief Scientists, Experiment and PIE managers, and other personnel involved with NSUF. Is the main contact for financial planning, and funding distribution. This includes coordinating execution year planning in DOE-NE’s Program Information Collection System (PICS), and drafting Baseline Change Procedures (BCPs), reconciling complex-wide (ANL, INL, LANL, ORNL, PNNL, etc.) PICS planning to appropriation year of funding as shown in DOE’s Integrated Data Warehouse (IDW) report. Assist the planning and financial controls specialist with execution year planning. Maintain lifecycle values for CINR projects. Help to prepare the integrated priority list, business volume and other projections and any other requests from the Director and Deputy Director.
