Wellness Program Administrator jobs in Jackson, TN

The Sales Program Administrator works with a collaborative, fast-paced group that is responsible for the flow of information between multiple mill locations and the sales department.

What you will do:

• 
  Price contracts and enter program orders with accuracy.
• Reconcile and replenish inventories at various Vendor Managed locations throughout North America.
• Communicate with customers and mill personnel to solve any issues that may arise.
• Work with sales team, coordinators, and logistics to maintain an adequate flow of inventory to locations.
• Backup or support sales functions within team as needed.
• Perform various processes within sales system to manage the inbound and outbound of orders.
• Analytical report processing and review to guide business decisions.
• Create export documentation and certificates.

To be a successful candidate you must have:

• A 4-year degree in business or relevant experience.
• Ability to work in an environment with several tasks that need continually reprioritization.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Excellent problem-solving and research skills.
• Strong Microsoft office skills. Excel knowledge (utilizing pivot-tables, formulas etc).
• Organization skills while demonstrating a high level of initiative.
