Summary:

The Wire Bonder is responsible for the assembly of electrical/mechanical sub and final assemblies utilizing material and equipment to produce quality products in a timely manner. Work from schematics, verbal and written instructions, responsible for the quality and functional performance of each completed assembly and perform a variety of complicated tasks.

Qualifications/Skills:

• The individual must be able to perform all the above duties satisfactorily.
• Must be able to perform duties through a microscope for the majority of the day
• Ability to read and comprehend English
• Must be able to read and comprehend schematics

Responsibilities:

• Hand, and semi-automated pick and place assembly work including: schematics reading, manual and automated assembly, and SPC Data Control.

• Resolve material and equipment problems to assure continuous production of required product
• Perform other duties as necessary
• Be able to work under a microscope and from assembly drawings

• Comply with all ESD procedures

Work Environment:

The work environment is typical of a manufacturing setting where hazardous materials may be present. Security investigations may be conducted to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and/or work areas.
