The Commercial Property Operations Manager I oversees sales/leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, and other support activities. Manages the daily operations of one or more commercial properties. Being a Commercial Property Operations Manager I may require a bachelor's degree. May be responsible for managing property budgets, collections and/or property improvement initiatives. In addition, Commercial Property Operations Manager I typically reports to a director. The Commercial Property Operations Manager I supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Working as a Commercial Property Operations Manager I typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
