The Commercial Real Estate Loan Manager offers guidance and support to commercial real estate loan officers. Manages associates soliciting and servicing a variety of commercial real estate loans. Being a Commercial Real Estate Loan Manager ensures loan requests are analyzed and evaluated properly. Works with highly complex loans such as investments, development, and construction. In addition, Commercial Real Estate Loan Manager authorizes loan requests after credit and appraisal evaluation. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Commercial Real Estate Loan Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Working as a Commercial Real Estate Loan Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.
