The Compensation and Benefits Operations Team Leader ensures that the plans/programs are consistent with employer's policies and all applicable federal and state laws. Administers corporate compensation and benefits plans/programs. Being a Compensation and Benefits Operations Team Leader handles daily compensation and benefit operations in human resources department. Implements corporate compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures. In addition, Compensation and Benefits Operations Team Leader requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to manager or head of a unit/department. The Compensation and Benefits Operations Team Leader supervises a group of primarily para-professional level staffs. May also be a level above a supervisor within high volume administrative/ production environments. Makes day-to-day decisions within or for a group/small department. Has some authority for personnel actions. Working as a Compensation and Benefits Operations Team Leader typically requires 3-5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor.
